It's always a great idea to bring some photos of thing you love OR things you don't! Every head of hair is unique, but its a great start point to your consultation.


Most appointments at Lock & Shade are custom projects uniquely designed for YOU and your specific needs. Because of this, pricing may vary and we can't always give an exact quote in advance. Please reference our SERVICES page as a starting point, and your artist will be able to answer any further pricing questions.

 Appointment  Policies 

-To allow us time to accommodate clients on our waiting list, please make any cancellations including service changes at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. 48 hours notice leaves us enough time to accommodate clients on our waiting list while protecting our artists, thank you for your understanding.

-A credit card on file is required to book any service. Services cancelled within 48 hours notice or a "no show" will be charged 50% of the service. Repeated last minute cancellations or a "No Show" will result in advance payment required for booking.

-Some appointments may require a deposit be paid when booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to your new appointment date if we are given more than 48 hours notice. In the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice your deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook

-Out of respect for our clients, services for those arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at your artists discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.

-We pride ourselves on providing consistently high quality work resulting in a loyal and happy clientele. However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your service your feedback is welcome, please call or email. We want you to love your hair and your experience with us. We allow a grace period of 1 week from the initial appointment for any adjustment or correction at no cost to you. Refund requests must also be made within the 1 week grace period and are issued at management discretion.
